The short version is on the home page. This is the long version: what each thing costs, what is actually involved, what I need from you, and what it will not do.
All prices in AUD and quoted in writing before any work starts. Nothing is added on top.
02 · THE TWO BUILDS
Basic
$990 build, once. $159 a month.
Four pages. Home, services, about, contact. Written for the jobs you want more of, not the jobs you already get too many of. Colours and type picked for your trade, not a stock theme. People find you through your Google listing. This site is what makes them ring you instead of the next bloke.
Best for: you want to be findable and look sharp without a big cheque.
Premium
$2,490 build, once. $289 a month.
Seven pages minimum, plus a page for every suburb you want work in, up to ten. Those suburb pages are written for your area, not cloned off each other. Your photos placed deliberately. The right job on the right service page, real work next to the testimonial it belongs to, rather than one gallery doing all the work. Before and after galleries, motion, and copy written around the jobs you want. The site itself does the finding, not just your Google listing.
Best for: you want work coming from suburbs where nobody knows your name yet.
In every build, no extra cost
What I need from you
That is about two hours of your time all up. Nothing technical. Seven to fourteen days from when I have your photos and answers. Not from the quote. If you take three weeks to send photos, it is a month long job. That is the one part of the timeline you control.
03 · HOW YOU PAY
Pay upfront
Pay the build once, then add Care and Hosting if you want it looked after. If you would rather not have a monthly, the files are yours and you owe me nothing after that. I will tell you what I would host it on. Moving it across is the $300 handover if you want me to do it.
Spread it over twelve months
The build goes into your monthly for the first twelve months, then drops off. Care and Hosting is included and is not optional on this path. Spreading adds 20 percent to whatever you spread. Build multiplied by 1.2, divided by twelve, added to your monthly. Nothing hidden in it.

This is a twelve month commitment. Stop before then and the unpaid part of your build falls due. $99 a month on Basic comes off it, $150 a month on Premium. Pay the balance and the files are yours. The full detail is on the terms page.

04 · CARE AND HOSTING
Every site I look after runs on Care and Hosting. It is what keeps you online, safe and current. Month to month, cancel with thirty days notice.

05 · MODULES
Month to month. Add or drop with thirty days notice. Take a bundle below and pay less. Modules are available on their own. You do not need a build from me to take any of these on.

06 · BUNDLES
Every bundle includes Care and Hosting. Foundation saves you $44 a month against taking those pieces separately. Growth saves you $93 a month.

The year one column is what you pay while you are spreading your build. The build repayment drops off at month thirteen and your monthly goes back to the bundle price. Google Ads sits outside the bundles.
07 · WHAT COSTS EXTRA

The files themselves are free once your build is paid for, however you paid. The $300 is me doing the move. You can take it whether you are leaving or staying on the monthly.
Photography
Your photos matter more than anything else on the site. Phone photos are fine and I will edit them. If yours are not up to it, I will send you two photographers I would use and tell them exactly what shots I need. You deal with them directly and pay them directly. The build does not wait on it. I go live with what you have and swap the good ones in free when they land.
Your domain
Registered in your name from day one and always yours. Buy it yourself for around $12 to $20 a year and I will walk you through it, which is what I recommend. Or I manage it for $40 a year and handle renewals so it never lapses. Either way it is your property, and if you leave you keep it.
08 · WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Worth being straight about, so nobody finds out in month two.
