Most tradies get sold five services when they need one done properly. The website comes first. Everything below it only earns its money once the website is live, so that is the order I do it in.
The build
Four pages on Basic, up to ten on Premium, written for the jobs you want more of, not the jobs you already get too many of. Loads in under a second on mobile data. Your phone number is reachable with one thumb on every screen. Quote form goes straight to your phone as a text, not to an inbox you check on Sundays.
With or without a site from me
Happy with the website you have? I will still take on your Google Business Profile, your local SEO Foundation and your ads. You do not need to rebuild anything to work with me.
The map listing is where most of your calls come from, and most tradies are letting theirs go stale. I will look at yours and tell you what is wrong with it for nothing. Running it (service areas, photos, posts, replies to every review, spam listings reported) is $175 a month.
Automated review requests go out after every job, so the people leaving reviews are the customers who were happy with you. Most tradies never ask, which is why their competitor has forty reviews and they have four.
Ranking for “electrician Prospect” is a different job to ranking nationally, and it is a lot cheaper. I build the pages, write the suburb content, and get your listings consistent so Google trusts the address.
Only worth it once the website converts. If your site is turning visitors away, ads just cost you more to be turned away faster. I will tell you when you are ready and not before.
03 · RATES
Every price here is what you pay. The build is once. Care and Hosting is the monthly, and it keeps the site live, backed up, monitored and looked after. Spread the build over twelve months and Care and Hosting comes with it. Pay the build upfront and the monthly is your call: if you would rather not have one, the files are yours and you owe me nothing after that. I will tell you what I would host it on. Handing it over and setting it up properly is a separate $300 job if you want me to do it. Ad spend, if you ever run ads, goes straight to Google from your own account, never through me.

Seven pages minimum, plus a page for every suburb you want work in, up to ten. Those suburb pages are written for your area, not cloned off each other. Your photos get placed deliberately: the right job on the right service page, real work next to the testimonial it belongs to, rather than one gallery doing all the work. Before and after galleries, motion, and copy written around the jobs you want.

Care & Hosting
Hosting, backups, updates, and small changes. Two changes a month. Add a service, change a price, swap a photo. You text me, it gets done. Premium gets three and jumps the queue. Required if you spread the build, optional if you paid it upfront. Cancel any time with thirty days notice.

Spreading adds 20 percent to whatever you spread. That is the trade for no big cheque on day one. The build repayment drops off at month thirteen and your monthly goes back to the Care and Hosting price. It is a twelve month commitment. Stop before then and the unpaid part of your build falls due — the detail is on theterms page.

You are on the tools. The whole process is built so you spend under an hour on it in total.

You send photos from your phone and I edit them. If yours are not up to it, I will send you two photographers I would use and tell them exactly what shots I need. You deal with them directly and pay them directly. The build does not wait on it. I go live with what you have and swap the good ones in free when they land. I also send you an intake form covering your services, pricing and suburbs. I write everything else.

05 · QUESTIONS
Send me the link and I will tell you honestly. If it needs a page rewritten, that is a few hundred dollars, not three thousand. I would rather do the small job well than sell you a rebuild you do not need. Your Google listing is usually how people find you already; I will look at it and tell you what is wrong with it for nothing. And if the site is fine as it is, I will happily just run your Google Business Profile, your local search or your ads and leave the website alone.
You do, always, on both builds. The domain is registered in your name with your ABN. I get access, not ownership. If you and I part ways you change the password and nothing breaks.
Thirty days written notice either way. If you paid the build upfront, nothing else falls due and the files are yours. If you are spreading the build and stop early, the unpaid part of your build falls due at the end of the notice period. Pay it and you get the files. If it stays unpaid, the site comes down fourteen days after notice ends, and I will have told you the date in writing. Either way you keep your domain, your Google listing, your reviews and your photos. If you want the files handed over and set up properly, whether you are leaving or staying, that is a $300 job.
Me packaging up your codebase, moving it onto hosting of your own, pointing your domain at it, and making sure you can keep it running without me. The files themselves are free once your build is paid for. The $300 is my time doing the move. Skip it and I will still tell you what I would use, but the setup is yours to do.
No. I write all of it. You send photos of finished jobs from your phone and fill in an intake form covering your services, areas and pricing. If you hate a sentence, tell me and I will change it.
It is real once I have your photos and your intake form. The clock starts then, not at the quote. If you take three weeks to send photos, it is a five week job. That is the one part of the timeline you control.
Yes, but not first. Ads send people to your website. If the website does not convert, ads make you lose money faster. Get the site right, watch the calls for a month, then decide.
Kova Digital is Australian owned and ABN registered, and I work Australia wide. Everything is done by phone and text. I have never needed to stand in someone's shed to build them a website.
There is one of me. No office, no sales team, no account manager taking a cut to forward your emails to someone else. You get the person doing the work, which is also why I will not take on ten of these at once.
