Most tradies get sold five services when they need one done properly. The website comes first. Everything below it only earns its money once the website is live, so that is the order I do it in.
The build
Five to seven pages, written for the jobs you want more of, not the jobs you already get too many of. Loads in under a second on mobile data. Your phone number is reachable with one thumb on every screen. Quote form goes straight to your phone as a text, not to an inbox you check on Sundays.
With or without a site from me
Happy with the website you have? I will still take on your Google Business Profile, your local search and your ads. You do not need to rebuild anything to work with me.
The map listing is where most of your calls come from, and most tradies have never claimed theirs. I set it up properly, add your service areas, load your photos, and show you how to ask for reviews without being weird about it.
Ranking for "electrician [SUBURB]" is a different job to ranking nationally, and it is a lot cheaper. I build the pages, write the suburb content, and get your listings consistent so Google trusts the address.
Only worth it once the website converts. If your site is turning visitors away, ads just cost you more to be turned away faster. I will tell you when you are ready and not before.
Hosting, backups, updates, and small changes. Add a service, change a price, swap a photo. You text me, it gets done.

Every price here is what you pay. The build is once. The monthly keeps it live, backed up, monitored and looked after. No lock-in if you pay your build upfront. Ad spend, if you ever run ads, goes straight to Google from your own account, never through me.

Prefer to spread the build over 12 months? Basic runs $258 a month for the first year, then drops to $159. Premium runs $488 a month for the first year, then $289. If you want the professional photography there is a $499 deposit up front. Skip the photography and skip the deposit. Spreading the build costs a bit more overall. That is the trade for no big cheque on day one.
Modules are available on their own. You do not need a build from me to take any of these on.

04 · METHOD
You are on the tools. The whole process is built so you spend under an hour on it in total.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. I ask what jobs you want more of, what you charge, and where you work.
Fixed price in writing within 24 hours. If it is a no, it is a no, and I will not chase you.
You send photos from your phone. I send you an intake form covering your services, pricing, suburbs and the details that make the site yours. I write everything else.
7 to 14 days. Nothing needed from you.
You get a link. Tell me what to change. Two rounds included.
Domain, hosting, Google, forms, all switched on and tested. Live 7 to 14 days after I have your photos.
05 · QUESTIONS
Send me the link and I will tell you honestly. If it needs a page rewritten and a Google listing sorted, that is a few hundred dollars, not three thousand. I would rather do the small job well than sell you a rebuild you do not need. And if the site is fine as it is, I will happily just run your Google Business Profile, your local search or your ads and leave the website alone.
You do, always, on both builds. The domain is registered in your name with your ABN. I get access, not ownership. If you and I part ways you change the password and nothing breaks.
If you paid your build upfront, cancel any time with 30 days notice. If you are spreading the build over 12 months, that term runs its course. Either way you keep your domain, your accounts, and any photography or logo you have paid for. The website itself stays with me unless you take the code handover, which is $300 and includes getting it live and running wherever you move it.
No. I write all of it. You send photos of finished jobs from your phone and fill in an intake form covering your services, areas and pricing. If you hate a sentence, tell me and I will change it.
It is real once I have your photos and your intake form. The clock starts then, not at the quote. If you take three weeks to send photos, it is a five week job. That is the one part of the timeline you control.
Yes, but not first. Ads send people to your website. If the website does not convert, ads make you lose money faster. Get the site right, watch the calls for a month, then decide.
Kova Digital is Australian owned and ABN registered, and I work Australia wide. Everything is done by phone and text. I have never needed to stand in someone's shed to build them a website.
There is one of me. No office, no sales team, no account manager taking a cut to forward your emails to someone else. You get the person doing the work, which is also why I will not take on ten of these at once.
I am not registered for GST, so there is no GST on your invoice and nothing to claim back. If that changes I will tell you before it does, and GST would be added on top rather than the price going up. Your invoice will always show exactly what you are paying for.
